Delivery & Pickup
All gear rentals include setup. Delivery is included within 25 miles. After your event is over, our technician will come back and take down and pack up all the gear.
How to Use Tutorial
The technician should be done with setup at least 30 minutes prior to your event start time so that they can go over the equipment and how to use it with you.
Connecting Gear
All gear rentals include the necessary cables and technician setup. If you have special requirements for connecting other equipment please let us know in advance.
Truck arrives
Tech arrives during your delivery window with the full kit staged and inventoried.
Setup & soundcheck
We position stands, run cable, power up, balance levels, and walk you through controls.
Event runs
Dispatch stays on call. A standard 120V / 15A outlet within 50 ft of the kit is required.
Strike & load out
Tech returns at end-of-rental, strikes the kit, and clears the space.
